Hola Nebraska, July 11th

Hola Nebraska, July 11th
Hello Nebraska! I’m an editor and writer for Hola Iowa and the editor in chief for JEFAS: Latinas in Business Magazine. Writing has been my passion for as long as I could formulate words and has been part of my career for over twenty years. I have been published traditionally, nontraditionally and across platforms. I also teach others how to elevate their brands and small businesses through the written word. When I’m not clicking on a keyboard, I’m traveling and eating my way through cities and continents.
One of my favorite things to write about is the amazing people and events in the Latine community. I was born on the east coast but raised in the Midwest and am constantly inspired by how our communities overcome barriers to show our tenacity, spirit and drive. For centuries we have been leaving legacies across Nebraska, Iowa, Illinois and neighboring states that constantly underestimate us. I look forward to highlighting Latine trailblazers and change-makers in Nebraska!
